How Long Will It Take?
In most cases, the average inspection takes between 2 and 3 hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. Your understanding of the inspection findings is critical to my goal of providing the best customer service available. When ordering an inspection I will need to know the following:

• Complete address, including zip code
  
• Names of all buyers and buyer’s agent
  
• Finished square footage of all floors including the basement
  
• Approximate age of the property
  
• If the property is occupied or vacant
  
• Confirmation that the utilities are on and all pilot lights are lit
  
• Who will attend the inspection and who will provide access
